"Bellucci says he was not warned of the particular circumstances of the Demoliner case because the details were not published, and neither Demoliner nor the biochemist or doctor talked to him about it. However, even if Bellucci had not been warned, he certainly needed to know. Bellucci and Demoliner played doubles together, are friends, consulted by the same biochemist and doctor for the prescription of vitamins and used the same pharmacy to produce them.
According to the advice of Marcelo Demoliner, the tennis player prefers not to pronounce on the subject, of personal and already discussed forum, at the time of the case. Thus, Pedro Fida, lawyer of both Gaucho and Thomaz Bellucci in cases, was in charge of explaining the erroneous error. For him, although they both worked together, they did not talk deeply about Demoliner's case. (

A specialist in doping, Pedro Fida further emphasized that, after WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) analysis, the contamination by the laboratory in the case of Bellucci was confirmed. And, the lack of information from the ITF in the disclosure of the case of Demoliner in 2016 made it difficult for anyone to have access to more detailed information."
